On the 19th of April 2011 dshael reported a possible case of plagiarism involving the Doctor Who fandom. The original report can be found here

Found this story on fanfiction.net. It copies directly from at least four different stories. I've emailed polgarawolf to ask her to take the story down. She denies ever reading the stories that were copied.
